**Are you a skilled Social Media professional with a proven track of driving growth and creating a digital community around a retail environment? At Pas Normal Studios Mallorca, we are looking for a Community Manager & Sales Associate to join our team.**
**Your main objectives**:
As a Community Manager & Sales Associate, you will have an important role in managing all digital communications coming from our Palma Flagship store. You will also share responsibilities with other members around the daily retail-related tasks. Your job will be to create a communal vibe around the store for both customers visiting us to shop and attending our rides and events. All your hours will be in-store.
As a Community Manager & Sales Associate, your key responsibilities will be to:
- Implement and create social media and communication campaigns that align with the global marketing calendar.
- Be responsible for reflecting the day-to-day operations of the Palma Flagship store in our digital communication channels.
- Be responsible for all in-store events and activation.
- Assist in creating a best-in-class Retail experience around our store.
- Providing engaging and on-brand copywriting for all local digital channels.
- Selecting and creating image and video content for social media accounts and newsletters in line with the overall brand visual identity.
- Engaging with the local community, answering comments and questions in a timely manner.
This role will be reporting to the Store Manager. At Pas Normal Studios Mallorca you will join a truly international team representing Pas Normal Studios in one of the most attractive cycling destinations in the world. For this role, you must be based in Mallorca.
