Compétences requises:

- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en tant que product owner à la tête d'équipes de développement agiles, en particulier avec des équipes mondiales.
- Expérience préalable en tant que chef de produit, chef de projet, concepteur de solutions, ou dans un poste comparable de gestion de projets complexes.
- Maîtrise des méthodologies Scrum, Kanban et de gestion de projet.
- Expertise en réseau, sécurité, conteneurs, gestion des identités, sans serveur, surveillance et alarme, gestion des coûts et gestion des services.
- Solides compétences en matière de collaboration et de communication interfonctionnelles.
- Esprit d'entreprise et capacité à résoudre les problèmes.

Description de l'emploi

En tant que Senior Product Owner, vous serez l'interface entre le client et une ou plusieurs équipes de développement, responsable de la création de valeur pour le client et notre organisation. Vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes
- Vous êtes en charge de la gestion et de l'amélioration de notre solution SaaS Cloud Billing, en représentant les intérêts techniques et commerciaux de la direction, des clients et d'autres parties prenantes auprès des équipes de développement de produits.
- Mener des discussions avec des clients potentiels et futurs afin de dégager des exigences utiles pour les équipes interfonctionnelles sur des sujets commerciaux et techniques complexes.
- Faire évoluer constamment notre produit et penser stratégiquement au-delà des opérations commerciales quotidiennes.
- Soutenir la planification des versions et clarifier les attentes concernant les nouvelles fonctionnalités.
- Contribuer au processus de développement, en tenant compte du parcours du client, et identifier le besoin d'éventuelles études de marché et de clientèle.
- Faciliter la communication entre les parties prenantes, les clients et les équipes.
- Contribuer activement à surmonter les obstacles qui s'opposent à la réalisation des objectifs des versions et des sprints.

Exigences:

- La maîtrise de l'anglais (B2) est obligatoire.
- La maîtrise de l'allemand (B1) ou d'un niveau supérieur est souhaitable.
- Solides compétences en matière de leadership et expérience de la gestion d'équipes internationales.
- Capacité avérée à gérer des projets complexes et à travailler dans un environnement agile.

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un Senior Product Owner dynamique et expérimenté pour notre pile technologique Cloud Billing (solution SaaS), qui sert de solution Order-to-Cash. Cette plateforme numérique innovante est construite sur une architecture microservice et fonctionne comme une solution Software as a Service multi-tenant, hébergée dans le centre de données hautement sécurisé d'une entreprise technologique de premier plan en Allemagne, garantissant une disponibilité de service mínimale de 99,5 %.
