**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
As a Learning & Development (L&D) Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping drive our learning and development activities and in advising our customers. In cooperation with L&D Directors and business leaders, you will support shape and drive the business agenda of the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region for BCG’s Global Specialty Businesses (GSB).

Jointly with our specialists, you will plan and drive logistics of residential and virtual training events in our Europe, Middle East, and Africa region, as needed, deliver contents as faculty/trainer, both in-person and virtually, where required (depending on skills and interests). You will also manage the evaluation of program quality and impact, support creation, expansion, and facilitation of our network of internal and external faculty and monitor budget and expenses for programs.

Together with our Global Specialty Businesses stakeholders and L&D Directors, you will help assess learning needs and define objectives to realize business goals and develop targeted programs to support our business objectives; work closely with other relevant BCG functions and the global L&D network to ensure an effective and consistent approach. You will deliver impactful L&D content and formats, both for residential and virtual/blended formats, including onboarding and skill assessment, as well as innovative formats and delivery, design, and delivery of change initiatives, best practice exchange, and further improve the relevance of programs and self-service offerings and manage projects independently, help advance the function through driving innovation and use of state-of-the-art tools and technology

In addition, you will advise managers and team members on all L&D-related aspects, support the facilitation of the L&D network across our businesses, and further develop content on our online platforms, incl. L&D resources, jointly with our design team.

**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:

- Experience in international training management, organization, and logistics
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, good business judgment
- Strong planning and organization skills, across time zones, with strong attention to detail
- Experience in managing projects or leading teams
- Ability to work effectively in a global virtual environment, with strong service behaviors
- Knowledge of state-of-the-art tools and technology in the learning space
- Initiative, ownership, and results-orientation
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel; as well as familiarity with LMS and survey tools

**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:

- 6-8+ years of professional experience within a service-oriented company
- Experience with international scope, preferably professional services industries and/or HR domain
- Experience in creation of online resources and maintaining online platforms
- Excellent English

**YOU'LL WORK WITH**:
The Learning & Development function of BCG’s Global Specialty Businesses (GSB) is responsible for the global learning activities for the firm's worldwide knowledge and specialty businesses, and for the management and operations teams of the Practice Areas (PAs). We work closely with the PAs, product and data businesses, the People Team and other BCG groups to provide our staff with world-class and high-impact learning opportunities. The Learning & Development function has launched several successful initiatives to help our people master their evolving roles and to support the ongoing business build and transformation in our global specialty businesses

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**:
The People Management Team (PMT) is comprised of several centers of expertise including HR Operations, People Analytics, Career Development, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition & Branding, Compensation, and Mobility. Our centers of expertise work together to build out new teams and capabilities by sourcing, acquiring, and retaining the best, diverse talent for BCG’s Global Specialty Businesses.

We develop talent and capabilities, while enhancing managers’ effectiveness, and building affiliation and engagement in our new global offices. The PMT also harmonizes process efficiencies, automation, and global standardization. Through analytics and digitalization, we are always looking to expand our PMT capabilities and coverage.
