We manage more than 300 Mobile Apps & Games for other companies that are daily discovered by millions of new users and that have been downloaded hundreds of millions of times.

Tareas

**Role**:

- Leadership and management of the people on the team for proper follow up training and growth of the department.
- Analysis and definition of the company's Ads Monetization strategy to increase the profitability of the business side of the company.
- Competitor and market analysis to find performance improvement opportunities for the company.
- Coordination with other ASO, Product and Business departments for common growth strategies.
- Tracking and analysis of the main metrics affecting the department for reporting to management for joint decision making.
- A/B testing of different monetization strategies.
- Defining and configuring monetization flows.

**Requisitos**:
**Profile**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience performing digital marketing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience doing ad optimization work for video games and apps.
- At least 2 years of experience managing a team of more than 2 people in similar positions.
- Experience with ad network integration and mediators.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism and related disciplines.
- Master's degree in Digital Marketing, Digital Analytics or related disciplines.
- High communication, strategic and team management skills.
- Analytical skills and passion for data.
- Advanced level of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
- Self-management and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with short deadlines.
- Proactivity and willingness to learn.
- Minimum English level B2.
- Any knowledge of a language other than English would be an asset.
- Define and implement product improvements.
- Maintain a close relationship with all advertising networks with the objective of improving KPIs.
