Llevamos más de una década revolucionando el sector de la energía eléctrica. De hecho, estamos transformando los metros cuadrados de los tejados de nuestras ciudades y pueblos en energía 100% verde para todos. Y lo hemos llamado la Revolución de los Tejados.

**¿Qué harás?**

Tus principales responsabilidades serán:
Identificar oportunidades de mejora en el área de Delivery:

- Interactuar con los equipos para detectar oportunidades de mejora que tengan impacto en la productividad, eficiencia y costes.
- Recopilar y analizar datos, procesos y prácticas en Producción con el fin de detectar y proponer mejoras.
- Localizar y analizar oportunidades de mejora en la productividad de las instalaciones solares y en los almacenes.
- Hacer benchmark de soluciones técnicas en el mercado que podrían dar lugar a mejoras no detectadas.

Liderar el diseño e implementación de las mejoras:

- Diseñar y analizar las soluciones planteadas para poder decidir su implementación o no.
- Asegurar y colaborar en que las soluciones validadas se implementan sobre el terreno.
- Obtener feedback de los equipos sobre las soluciones e iterar eventuales mejoras.
- Supervisar el sistema de mejora continua implementado, proponiendo acciones correctoras frente a posibles desviaciones.
- Documentar el progreso de la implementación.
- Acompañar a los equipos de Producción en la gestión del cambio e influir en los resultados.

Seguimiento del impacto de las mejoras implementadas y la reducción de costes:

- Llevar un control de los principales indicadores de Producción y Almacén: productividad de los equipos, porcentaje de instalaciones acabadas en el día, hora de salida del almacén, etc.
- Realizar análisis de desviaciones: investigación de causas y decisión de acciones.

En 1 mes...

Conocerás tus tareas, tus compañeros y la dinámica de trabajo. Los compañeros te formarán acompañándote en cada momento del proceso. Te surgirán dudas y preguntas que te resolverán para facilitarte el aprendizaje y entenderás a la perfección tu rol e importancia de tus acciones para el buen desarrollo del trabajo en tu equipo. Empezarás a conocer de primera mano los componentes que Holaluz instala en sus instalaciones fotovoltaicas.

En 3 meses...

Serás autónomo en tu lugar de trabajo, conocerás a la perfección el desarrollo de tus tareas, estarás ya organizadx y sabrás qué tarea tienes que realizar en cada momento, empezarás a trabajar para mejorar situaciones que pueden causar pérdidas de tiempo y tendrás cada vez más momentos para pensar en cómo mejorar poco a poco el departamento del que formas parte.

En 6 meses...

Habrás mejorado tu departamento, ya estarás a disposición para formar nuevos compañeros que se necesiten para ampliar esta gran familia donde queremos convivir y formar parte de la mayor instaladora en fotovoltaica del país.
