**Report to**:
The position is within FRESH EMEA - COO in Madrid, under the supervision of FRESH EMEA - COO manager in Madrid, with functional link with FRESH COO - OPC Head in Paris.

**Mission**:
The main mission of the FRESH Project Portfolio Officer is to take part to the steering of the projects portfolio of an entity that is managing the Information systems of Finance & RISK

**Main responsibilities**:
**Detailed responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the roll out of the project steering tool (Clarity) within FRESH and to the related processes animation
- Represent FRESH in Clarity steering committee with ITG central teams in charge of global guidelines
- Contribute to the animation of the SPOC/PMO network on Clarity and on Project Portfolio Management topics
- Contribute to the collect and analysis of FRESH requirements (including on Tableau reports), suggest operational and innovative solutions on the tools and processes. Implement and follow-up their implementation
- Ensure the support of project managers in the implementation of best practices (trainings, operational support to input data in Clarity: budget, planning )
- Animate action plans with operational teams (PMO, project managers ) to guaranty the quality and the consistency of the project portfolio data in Clarity
- Contribute to the study of Clarity extension in terms of functional coverage (run, pre-projects, operational steering ) and international scope. Contribute to the roll-out.
- Contribute to the evolution of the current central framework to better cover FRESH specific needs and foster the decommissioning of non-target tools and processes

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Professional Experience
- 3 years at least

Training
- Business school or University Graduate
- Experience in Audit and/or in Control function
- Knowledge on Operational Risk matters and/or control activities
- Experience in managing such risks
- International exposure

Within FRESH, you will join the Strategy & Design group and more specifically the Strategic Roadmaps domain (10 pers). One of its missions is to monitor the FRESH projects portfolio, in particular to support project managers in the project launch process (Investment Committees), and to guaranty the optimization of processes, reports and monitoring tools and to contribute to the FRESH strategic plan.

Your role will be very transversal, and you will be in relation of project managers, groups’ PMOs, FRESH managers, ITG central teams such as ITG Finance and ITPO (central project governance).

The team is always looking for original ideas to improve its efficacity on its own activity but also for the benefit of the whole organization.
