**Objetivo de la posición**:
Te encargarás de dar soporte al Departamento de Ventas y a los planes y evaluaciones de productos en tu zona a través de las actividades específicas del Servicio Técnico de Ventas en todos los productos, siguiendo la estrategia de la Compañía y contribuyendo de esta manara a crear valor añadido, buscando la satisfacción del cliente y una contribución directa al beneficio de la compañía.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Soporte técnico a ventas (Pre-venta, Post-venta)
- Atención al cliente y soporte a las gestiones reclamaciones
- Planificación y evaluación del producto
- Análisis de calidad
- Impartir formacion técnica tanto a clientes como a empleados de Bridgestone
- Inteligencia de mercado
**Requisitos**:
- Titulación Exigida Ingeniería Técnica o Superior.
- Experiência: Preferible varios años de experiência en un puesto similar.
- Valorable conocimiento del sector.
- Valorable conocimientos de mecánica de vehículos.
- Conocimientos en sistemas de Calidad y normas de calidad ISO.
- Conocimientos en Inglés. Nível alto en conversación y escritura.
- Informática: Paquete Office 365 (Nível avanzado).
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
