**Your mission**:
The Academic Planning Assistant is responsible for assisting the Academic Planning department into preparing all scheduling needs and students enrolment for all campuses. Analyzing scheduling opportunities and classes options for both students and faculty

**Your profile**:

- Develops collaborative relationships with faculty, other University employees, and management.
- Prepare students scheduling and students enrolment
- Prepares Monthly Academic Planning reports
- Maintains student information updated.
- Facilitates monthly routine tasks such as classes follow up, academic planning budget and reporting.
- Participates in departmental, campus, College, and in-service meetings.
- Creates a positive image in the community for the campus.
- Performs any other duties or special projects as assigned.

**Position requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3 years’ experience in Higher Education.
- Experience with Student Information Systems preferred
- Experience with planning and/or scheduling
- Full Mastery of English a must
- Fluent Spanish, German or French a plus
