**Funciones**:
El coordinador de mantenimiento de tiendas forma parte del departamento de Construction del país y depende directamente del Country Construction Manager local. Su principal responsabilidad es ejecutar la estrategia de mantenimiento (según lo indicado por el Construction Manager del país) en el país correspondiente y aplicar ese enfoque para garantizar que el mantenimiento técnico se lleva a cabo con la combinación correcta de eficiencia, coste y calidad en el país correspondiente, realizando la gestión diaria de terceros para que se ejecute de acuerdo la estrategia de Action.

1. Gestión operativa
2. Ejecutar las actividades necesarias para el mantenimiento de las tiendas de Action en el país correspondiente (según las indicaciones del Country Construction Manager)
3. Aportar información/ideas al Country Construction Manager sobre cómo se debe estructurar la solución de mantenimiento en el país correspondiente
4. Según sea necesario, ayudar a seleccionar proveedores de servicios (de acuerdo con los criterios y la estrategia definida sobre cómo debe estructurarse geográficamente en todo el país)
5. Gestionar de forma eficaz a los proveedores seleccionados a través de acuerdos de nível de servicio claros y detallados que garanticen el nível de eficiencia, coste y calidad que espera Action.
6. Diariamente, hacer un seguimiento de cualquier solicitud de las tiendas que no puedan tratar adecuadamente los proveedores de servicios contratados o (cuando corresponda) el equipo de servicio técnico interno de Action.
7. Supervisar la calidad del rendimiento del servicio de mantenimiento y hacer un seguimiento cuando sea necesario para garantizar los níveles de servicio adecuados.
8. Sugerencias proactivas sobre cómo mejorar los procedimientos de mantenimiento (servicio técnico de mantenimiento): se necesita un tiempo de reacción muy rápido para que las tiendas sigan funcionando.
9. Encontrar subcontratistas o empresas de servicios para todas las cuestiones relacionadas con el mantenimiento.
10. Comparación de licitaciones o costes para el mejor control de costes.
11. Seguimiento de todas las cuestiones, para tener la oportunidad de resolver los problemas con antelación (es decir, encontrar diferentes fabricantes con mejores productos)
12. Coordinar y controlar la cantidad y la calidad del trabajo de los proveedores de servicios.
13. Garantizar que en la entrega de las tiendas haya una visibilidad clara de los problemas existentes que deben abordarse de forma puntual o continua.
14. Deber de informar
Deberá informar sobre los KPI que deben utilizarse para supervisar el rendimiento del mantenimiento y elaborar/mantener actualizados informes relevantes del rendimiento al Country Construction Manager y al Country RE Manager correspondiente.

**Requisitos**:

- Propones métodos de trabajo eficientes y eficaces con la menor complejidad posible y los implementa.
- Muestras un elevado nível de pragmatismo.
- Eres muy organizado/a, y capaz de organizar actividades y proyectos, cumples lo acordado en los plazos previstos y de acuerdo con las directrices.
- Trabajas de forma eficiente y eficaz, también cuando el tiempo apremia.
- Conocimiento a nível académico, con un título académico y aproximadamente 3 años de experiência laboral (relevante)
- Tienes un buen nível hablado y escrito de inglés.
