Somos una industria especializada en la fabricación de componentes para vehículos eléctricos, híbridos y de combustión interna. Contamos con el apoyo de 4.000 trabajadores distribuidos en 6 países, operando en 13 unidades productivas y 3 centros de ingeniería para atender a más de 100 clientes.

En Draxton Barcelona, una de nuestras plantas de fundición, ubicada en Sant Vicenç Dels Horts, queremos incorporar a una persona que asuma el rol de Purchaising / Buyer Manager.
En esta posición te encargarás de liderar y atender las necesidades de cliente interno -externo y los proyectos que surjan en la planta de Barcelona y en proyectos internacionales.
Esta posición reporta jerárquicamente al rol de gerencia de planta y funcionalmente a dirección de Compras de Europa y Asia.
Principales funciones:
- Asegurarás el cumplimiento del proceso de compras (solicitud y oferta, homologación, KPI, ESG, etc).
- Buscarás, identificarás y negociarás con proveedores plazos de entrega, precios y forma de pago de acuerdo con las directrices del Departamento de Compras, en relación con todos los productos y servicios que necesite la planta.
- Controlarás los indicadores de estado de los productos, plazos de entrega y otros, resolviendo las incidencias con los proveedores que puedan producirse.
- Analizarás e interpretarás la información de compras y elaborarando informes de avance vs. Presupuesto, determinando un plan de acción en caso de desviaciones e informando de su evolución a dirección.
- Prestarás apoyo a dirección de compras de E&A.
- Garantizarás la aplicación de los requisitos ESG a la Cadena de Suministro.
- Desempeñarás funciones de Lider Buyer para una familia de compras.
- Participarás en el Comité de Dirección de la Planta.
- Definirás objetivos para el área en coordinación con Dirección de Planta y el Dirección de Compras de E&A.
Para ser la persona seleccionada necesitarás:
- Formación universitaria, muy valorable en ingeniería técnica.
- Experiência mínimo 5 años, idealmente en el sector automotriz.
- Buen nível de inglés, negociarás con proveedores internacionales.
- Otras competencias importantes: toma de decisiones, comunicación asertiva, orientación al cliente y a resultados, liderazgo.

- Jornada completa: de lunes a jueves flexibilidad horaria, entrada: 8h a 9h y salida a partir de las 16:30h. Los viernes de 8h a 15h.
