- As Virtual Customer Engagement Associate, you’ll support the actions of marketing and/or be part of the Brand Team that designs the strategic plan of Marketing
- **Associates can be based in any region of Spain**

**Your key responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Aim Provide best in class customer experience along the patient journey by serving as a Single Point Of Contact (SPOC), leveraging digital channels, orchestrating engagement/ content among relevant
- Listen, partner and influence through personalized digital engagement, co-creating and implementing digital innovative projects for customers.
- Monitor and control product performance and adjust plans accordingly
- Anticipate future trends in disease management and market environment which is likely to affect the performance and potential of the products
- Support budget planning process for responsible product
- Implement, review and ensure the product plans are in line with SOP of marketing
- Training and build-up of strong Field Force team to deliver key messages
- Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt

- Solid experience of 3+ years in pharmaceutical field.
- Experience is designing digital customer touchpoints that result in positive customer experiences and setting up digital and omnichannel programs for the customer
