**What will you be doing?**

You will engage with new users of ShipStation, understanding their business and their objectives and managing the on-boarding, success and satisfaction of our clients that rely on ShipStation to power their core business processes. Our New Business Account Managers are the client's first point of contact during their trial period and are responsible for the successful training, on-boarding and adoption of our new users in the ShipStation community, driving best practices, product adoption and revenue for ShipStation.You will also be responsible for managing the sales process from proposal all the way through to onboarding.

You will be hungry to develop your sales skills and technical understanding of how delivery processes work. We want you to communicate regularly and proactively with internal stakeholders and provide constructive and actionable feedback for the benefit of our users. - Selling ShipStation to the UK ecommerce market Managing a pipeline of inbound sales leads
- Growing ShipStation's client base in the UK through our partner relationships
- Product demonstrations
- Advocating internally for product improvements

**What are we looking for?**
- A coachable mentality that is always striving to improve Proactive, well-organised, and strong attention to detail
- Entrepreneurial spirit and excited about being in an agile environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient at managing frustration and staying composed in uncomfortable, challenging situations
- Desire to sell to and help customers on the phone Embraces change and feedback on a regular basis Basic understanding of e-commerce, shipping, and/or B2B SaaS products 2+ years experience in a client-facing sales role
- University degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in software sales desirable but not required

**What will make you stand out?**

- Multi-cultural communication skills.
- Spanish will be a plus.

**What do we offer?**
- **Clear and transparent compensation plan.** The salary range for this role is 20,000 - 22,000 + 12,000 commission. We will discuss the indicated range with you in the first recruiting call to ensure that we are on the same page.
