**¿Qué buscamos?**

Estamos en busca de una persona organizada y proactiva para gestionar las actividades básicas de oficina y las tareas administrativas esenciales en ORBIDI. Buscamos a alguien capaz de crear un entorno laboral productivo y bien organizado, que permita a los empleados concentrarse en sus tareas principales.

Imprescindible poder realizar Convenio de prácticas con el centro educativo.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Asegurar que todos los aspectos administrativos y operativos de la oficina estén organizados y funcionen sin problemas
- Coordinar tareas y fomentar un ambiente de trabajo positivo y productivo.
- Supervisar y controlar los presupuestos, gastos y recursos financieros relacionados con la oficina.
- Garantizar que la oficina cuente con los suministros necesarios y que las instalaciones estén en óptimas condiciones.
- Desarrollar e implementar políticas y procedimientos que mejoren la eficiencia operativa de la oficina.
- Organizar reuniones, eventos y actividades que fomenten el trabajo en equipo y la cohesión del personal.
- Coordinar y gestionar los desplazamientos y viajes del equipo.

- Capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas y mantener un entorno de trabajo ordenado y eficiente.
- Facilidad para comunicarte de manera clara y efectiva, tanto de forma verbal como escrita, con diferentes níveles de la organización y proveedores externos.
- Capacidad para identificar y corregir errores, asegurando la precisión en las tareas administrativas y la gestión de recursos.
- Manejo avanzado de herramientas como Word, Excel y PowerPoint, esenciales para la gestión diaria de la oficina.
- Alta responsabilidad y confidencialidad en la gestión de información y tareas críticas para la operación de la oficina.
- Capacidad para anticipar, identificar y solucionar los desafíos del día a día en un entorno de oficina.
- Residir cerca de la oficina
