**What your future position looks like**:

- **End-to-End Project Management**: Oversee the full lifecycle of mobile app development, from initial planning and client communication to successful launches in app stores (iOS and Android).
- **Client Liaison**: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication, aligning on project deliverables, and addressing technical inquiries.
- **Process Optimization**: Develop and improve automations for internal processes to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
- **Issue Tracking and Resolution**: Report and manage client issues using ticketing tools, escalate improvement requests, and coordinate with the product and technical teams.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with customer service, operations, product management, and tech teams to ensure seamless project progression and alignment.
- **Documentation**: Create clear and replicable procedures and instructions, ensuring that processes are well-documented and accessible to all stakeholders.
- **Platform Expertise**: Become a go-to expert on the company’s platform and app functionalities, able to provide support and guidance to clients and internal teams.
- **Third-Party Interaction**: Manage relationships with external partners and third parties, ensuring smooth collaboration and integration.

**You will be a good fit to join us if you**:

- **Languages**: Proficiency in **French** is required, with fluency in **English**. Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., **Dutch** or **Spanish**) is a plus.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with iOS and Android app platforms and experience with app submissions is highly desirable.
- **Project Management**: Proven ability to manage technical projects from conception to delivery. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate challenges with innovative solutions.
- **Customer-Centric Mindset**: Strong interpersonal skills, able to translate customer needs into actionable plans and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- **Process Improvement**: Experience in implementing automations and optimizing processes is a significant asset.
- **Education**: A background in engineering or product management studies is highly valued. Experience in **QA** or a **product-related role** is also a plus.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- **Passion for Technology**: Enthusiasm for the tech environment and a natural curiosity to learn new things and tackle puzzles.
