**About the Role**

Fever is looking for an Associate passionate about the entertainment industry, technology, and investing. This is a rare opportunity to work with the New Ventures team in the Content Investments area to select and invest in next-generation experiences covering each of our international markets.

This new team member will act as a multifaceted partner across various high-priority strategic initiatives and will be tasked with spearheading mission-critical projects that expand Fever Original's content and Fever strategic partners' portfolio.

This role requires maturity, flexibility, intellectual curiosity, outstanding analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ideas and quickly turning them into action.
- Source & Analyze New Investment Opportunities_
- Assist in analyzing the financial viability and strategic rationale to invest in different experiences worldwide across verticals
- Communicate with founders, management teams, and other stakeholders
- Perform external market research and development expertise in the international entertainment industry
- Gain visibility and expertise about each vertical dynamics, trends, top players, and best performing experiences, to develop and execute an outbound strategy
- Provide input to define the optimum deal structure, including financial terms, ownership structure, and other considerations
- Participate in due diligence tasks to assess investment opportunities' risk-return profile
- Prepare investment thesis to present to the investment committee
- Prepare geographical prioritization analysis for different experiences globally

**About you**
- Engineering degree, with high achievement results
- 2-4 years of previous working experience
- Knowledge of financial modeling
- English and Spanish fluent - other languages are a plus
- Outstanding analytical skills, detail-oriented, proactive and self-motivated
- Previous relevant experience in investment-related, consulting, or strategic roles
- Strong knowledge of analytical tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
