Connect 44 is looking to hire for a Spain and English Speaking Radio Planning Engineer to join our team in Malaga or remotely.
Telcom experience is required.

Radio Planning Engineer
- Role
- Low level design and high level design knowledge
- Templates and script generation
- Generation of all neighbors needed for swap, upgrade or cell/site expansión (2G, 3G, 4G and 5G)
- Generation Basic Radio parameters if needed
- Monitor the real network contains the desired parameters.
- Skills and Experience Required
- Positions open relate to all seniority levels: fresh graduates, junior, mid-level and senior profiles are needed.
- High level of English language (spoken and written)
- Analytic skills and team player behaviour. Result-oriented mindset.
- Openness to face new challenges, propose process improvements and willingless to learn new cutting-edge technologies.

Ingeniero de planificación radioeléctrica

Función
- Diseño de bajo nível y conocimientos de diseño de alto nível
- Generación de plantillas y scripts
- Generación de todos los vecinos necesarios para swap, upgrade o expansión de celda/emplazamiento (2G, 3G, 4G y 5G)
- Generación de parámetros básicos de radio si es necesario
- Monitorización de la red real contiene los parámetros deseados.
Habilidades y experiência requerida
- Los puestos vacantes se refieren a todos los níveles de antigüedad: se necesitan recién licenciados, perfiles junior, de nível medio y senior.
- Nível alto de inglés (hablado y escrito)
- Capacidad analítica y comportamiento de jugador de equipo. Mentalidad orientada a resultados.
- Apertura para afrontar nuevos retos, proponer mejoras en los procesos y disposición para aprender nuevas tecnologías de vanguardia.
