OMSFC is DSC’s strategic operations management system. OMS sets out a new management culture of people, performance and continuous improvement that:

- Delivers a lean organization that engages people to achieve results
- Delivers methodologies & tools to plan and measure performance
- Delivers job standardization and implements a review and training program
- Delivers the basis to measure and improve processes & people engagement

The purpose of the OMS First Choice Champion role is to partner with the teams/departments during an OMSFC implementation from kick-off through to a certified and sustained working culture.

The OMSFC Champion will engage across all organizational levels during each implementation - including leadership (heads of account, ops managers).

Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Drive & track the implementation of the OMSFC Principles and Elements up to certification and into a sustained working culture.
- Deploy established OMSFC methodologies & tools and fit to each implementation project.
- Support the Management Team to establish and maintain an Organization that Delivers via: Objectives & KPIs, TDM & Routine Cards, Span of Control
- Support the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management via: KPI reporting and Resource Planning
- Support the implementation and maintenance of Job Standardization via: Work Instructions, Excellence School, GEMBA Confirmations, Performance Reviews
- Support Continuous Improvement via: First Choice Methodologies & Tools such as Problem Solving

Requirements for the Job
- Strong communication, facilitation & training skills (in person and virtual) essential
- Experience in managing and driving actions or projects to conclusion essential
- Experience in Continuous improvement methodologies highly desirable
- Requires ca. 25% National / International travel
- Dynamic, engaging and results orientated
- Resilient and an ability to influence even without formal authority
- Fluent Spanish and English language required (English is the business language)
