**Position Purpose**:
Buscamos a un/a Administrativo/a de Compras para nuestro centro de trabajo de Arganda de Rey. La persona en este puesto dará apoyo administrativo al equipo de Operaciones en la gestión de Compras y distintos servicios de proveedores aprobados. Ayudará a coordinar los proveedores identificando oportunidades para consolidar y controlar el gasto, así como otras oportunidades de mejora.
**Key Job Activities**:
- Gestionar todas las solicitudes de compra de pequeños proveedores, de acuerdo con la política corporativa de Stericycle. En colaboración con el departamento de Operaciones, verificar que los términos sean conforme al contrato (por ejemplo, precios, entrega, condiciones de pago).
- Asegurarse de que los clientes internos cumplan con los contratos utilizando los proveedores autorizados y la compra de artículos según el precio contratado. Colaborar con Finanzas cuando se requiera para auditar las facturas de los proveedores.
- Gestionar la interacción del día a día con los pequeños proveedores (realización de pedidos, comunicación de cambios en la demanda/volumen/tiempo de entrega, resolución de problemas, seguimiento de pedidos pendientes, etc.)
- Trabajar para minimizar el coste total de las transacciones y reducir el número de proveedores, para agilizar y aumentar la eficiencia de Compras. Trabajar en la unificación de proveedores para lograr mejores precios y reducir el trabajo administrativo relacionado con el manejo de una gran cantidad de pequeños proveedores. Avanzar en centralización de Compras comunes a todas las instalaciones, con el fin de obtener mejores precios y ahorro.
- Ayudar a desarrollar el Procedimiento de Compra de Pedidos en España: Asistir al departamento técnico en el diseño y aplicación del nuevo Procedimiento de Compra de Pedidos.
- Gestionar a los nuevos proveedores según el proceso interno establecido.
**Experience (EMEAA)**:
- Formación en Finanzas, Administración de Empresas o similar.
- Dominio de Microsoft Office, incluidos Excel, Access, Outlook, Word y PowerPoint con conocimientos prácticos de Project.
- Agilidad en el análisis de datos numéricos.
- Buen nível de inglés.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
- Organización y atención al detalle.
