We are searching a Project Admin Technician for our plant in Tarragona, Spain.

**About you**

The Project Admin Technician Assists in the preparation, reporting and analysis of projects in the Engineering and Maintenance Organization. Supports project execution in alignment with the global project execution work process by performing many of the administrative tasks required for the smooth running of the project. Acts as coordinator for project administration services provided by external companies.

Requires broadened technical skills in analytical/scientific methods or operational processes to perform a defined array of activities. May act as an informal resource for team members with less experience.
- Understands and implements the Project Administration Operating Discipline.
- Assists in the placement of all purchase orders for the procurement of equipment and material necessary to build the facility. Processes and distributes Material Specification Transmittals (MST).
- Issues Labor contract packages which contain information necessary for bid and construction of Dow's facilities. Develops and maintains written specifications and drawing list. Ensures all drawings, details and specifications are included, correctly billed-out and properly assembled for reproduction and distribution of contract packages to the project team and construction contractors.
- Serves as the focal point for all project moves associated with assigned project.
- Feeds documents into the main library, which includes regular submittals through Design and Construction, and the final documents turned over during Project Closure.
- Coordinates physical equipment records with electronic system; and coordinates updates to plant drawings and registration of vessels.
- Follows the document control process for receiving documents from the supplier, routing to engineers for approval, and sending the documents back to the supplier.
- Works closely with the project engineer to maintain a timely flow of documents throughout the project team. Develops and maintains project files to ensure consistency.
- Supports budget management process and controls engineering costs providing accurate cost forecasts.
- Provides assistance to peers on an as needed basis during excessive workload periods or acts as a back-up during peers' absence.
- Manages key tools as superuser like CAT’s, Plan view or CMMMS.
- Coordinates project administration services provided by external companies.
- Active member on the Site Executed Projects Team as Project Admin discipline.

**Required qualifications**
- Short-Cycle Tertiary Degree (Ciclo Formativo Grado Superior o equivalente) plus manufacturing or other related experience to the job description.
- High English level is required.
- Accounting knowledge or experience is valuable.
- Information Tools knowledge is highly valuable (Office, SAP, File Share Management)
- Document management knowledge is highly valuable.
- 3 years of working experience
- Intermediate/fluent level of English
