Heetch continue son expansion et sa croissance en Afrique où nous sommes aujourd’hui présents dans 5 pays : l’Algérie, l’Angola, la Côte d’Ivoire, le Mali et le Sénégal

Et ce n’est pas tout En plus de l’activité de ride hailing, nous venons de lancer
**une nouvelle activité de fintech**:
**Fleetch**. Le concept est simple : permettre à des personnes qui n’ont pas accès aux crédits d’avoir un véhicule et de rouler sur les plateformes de mobilités afin de générer des revenus - autant dire que la composante financière est un pilier dans cette nouvelle activité.Côté finance, nous voulons accompagner les opérationnels dans notre course vers la croissance en leur fournissant des analyses et des recommandations pertinentes qui les aideront à prendre les bonnes décisions business. Les divers pays sont à différentes maturités, et il sera important de piloter les enjeux de rentabilité en fonction de cet élément. Cela passe, entre autres, par un suivi et une analyse de la marge ainsi qu’un pilotage des budgets marketing. Pour le nouveau concept de Fleetch, l’équipe finance contribue à construire l’activité, notamment à travers un accompagnement dans le suivi des coûts opérationnels de l’activité, et potentiellement dans son financement auprès de banques locales ou internationales.

Directement rattaché au Head of Finance, tu auras un réel rôle de business partner auprès des opérationnels et tu devras faire preuve d’initiatives pour aider aux bonnes prises de décision.

**Que vas-tu faire concrètement ?**
- Tu suis et analyses les KPIs de la marge brute (coûts liés aux paiement en CB et en cash)
- Tu contrôles les budgets marketing et analyses l’efficacité des campagnes lancées (analyse des CAC et des LTV)
- Tu définis et animes le processus de budget sur ton périmètre
- Tu produis mensuellement les management accounts, analyses les KPI clés du business et fais des propositions au Country manager
- Tu maintiens les risques à un niveau acceptable (contrôle interne, fiscal ), en laissant la plus grande liberté d’action et d’initiative aux teams opérationnelles
- Tu gères tous les événements finance qui sortent du récurrent (audit par les CAC, contrôle fiscal, social, financement externe )
- Pour Fleetch, tu participes à la structuration du financement de cette nouvelle activité en plein lancement.

**Qu'attend-on de toi au bout de 3 mois ?**
- Avoir une compréhension fine des coûts liés aux transactions en carte bancaire/cash, et bâti une vision partagée avec les opérationnels des ROI des campagnes marketing
- Avoir maîtrisé des rituels de controlling sur les pays Africains et identifié les principaux leviers de croissance
- Avoir établi une relation de confiance avec tes interlocuteurs

**Ce poste est fait pour toi si**:

- Tu as une première expérience en contrôle de gestion ou en cabinet d’audit
- Tu es un bâtisseur : beaucoup de nos processus sont encore à construire
- Tu parles français et anglais couramment.
