**Tecnico - Comercial Ditec Spain**
**Descripción del puesto**:
Como técnico - comercial en Ditec tendrás un papel clave en la evolución de la empresa.
Tu misión será reforzar y fidelizar la relación con los clientes.
Ofrecerles orientación técnica y comercial, buscar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, desarrollar la cartera de clientes existente, prestarles formación técnica, ayudarles en la instalación y la puesta en marcha, dar asistencia por teléfono y correo, en definitiva, desarrollar de forma proactiva las relaciones con los clientes a fin de aumentar e impulsar el volumen de negocio.
Se trata de un nuevo puesto, para la zona centro, con el objetivo de reforzar Ditec no sólo en el back office sino también en el ámbito comercial.
Tareas y áreas de responsabilidad:
- Desarrollar la actividad comercial buscando nuevas oportunidades.
- Proporcionar soporte técnico, servicio y apoyo por teléfono y correo.
- Organizar, planificar e impartir formación técnica y comercial.
- Apoyar al jefe de ventas nacional y a las ventas internas.
- Participar en ferias, reuniones locales y conferencias para atraer nuevas oportunidades de usuarios finales.
- Confeccionar presupuestos.
**Requisitos**:
Para tener éxito en este puesto, debes tener al menos cinco años de experiência en un puesto similar, preferiblemente en el sector de la automatización o similar, que te haya proporcionado la competencia técnica y la experiência necesarias.
Disponer de buenas habilidades administrativas y estar acostumbrado al nuevo mundo moderno de herramientas informáticas para la atención técnica al cliente y el desarrollo de sus habilidades.
Se valorará orientación y habilidades comerciales.
Disponibilidad para viajar a nível nacional.
