Executive Assistant

**Mission**:
As an Executive Assistant to the Chief of Engineering at PLD Space, your mission will be to manage the schedule of the Chief of Engineering as well administrative tasks and coordination of the delivery of team updates and reports.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Chief of Engineering and the management team
- Organize, coordinate and ensure the follow up of all daily activities, in order to support and facilitate decision making process
- Prepare, request, schedule and take notes for external meetings and internal meetings
- Prioritize and answer to simple request, and distribute incoming communications to the Chief of Engineering
- Analyze operational needs and constraints, structure and build content for events or meetings
- Coordinate key meetings or events (seminars, site visits, etc),
- Prepare files, technical documents and reports needed by the Chief of Engineering
- Maintaining quality standards for data
- Follow up and manage actions and KPI, as well as analysis
- Ensure monitoring and awareness on critical information or events impacting the company or industrial

**Required Skills**:

- At least 1 year of experience working in a fast past industrial/manufacturing environment
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical abilities, teamwork skills, and time management proficiency.
- Adaptability and resilience to navigate industry changes.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, with daily activities conducted in Spanish.
