**& Ecommerce** estamos buscando un/a
** Ecommerce Develoment Lead**, para una empresa del sector gran consumo con ubicación en Madrid.

Tu misión será, definir, proponer y dar seguimiento a la implementación de las diferentes estrategias de adopción y crecimiento de la plataforma.

Coordinar y mantener la interlocución con los equipos de negocio de los stakeholders para asegurar un desarrollo óptimo de la adopción de la plataforma y el crecimiento del portafolio multicategoría de la plataforma.

**Funciones**:

- **Optimización de la plataforma,** tienda de los distribuidores y en modelo market place marcas fabricantes, a partir de técnicas de **data-driven** (uso de los datos propios plataforma, info mercado, escuchas cualitativas y cuantitativas.
- Diseño e implementación de planes de acción coordinados con los diferentes stakeholders ,orientados a la consecución de objetivos de adopción de la plataforma.
- Gestión “end to end” de las diferentes tiendas/cuentas asignadas mediante informes claros, propuesta de acciones, seguimiento y resolución de problemas.
- Analizar y comprender el comportamiento de los usuarios en la parte transaccional y el rendimiento de las categorías para ofrecer outputs a los stakeholders y planes de acción: categorización, crossselling, upselling
- Entender requisitos específicos de los partners para garantizar una presentación óptima de sus **productos en la plataforma **y de la gestión del cambio en sus modelos de negocio tradicionales.
- Desarrollar modelos que permitan predecir el comportamiento, aportar planes de optimización de rendimiento de las categorías, así como los ingresos generados.
- Establecer e implementar kpis de seguimiento dentro de su cartera asignada (distribuidores y marcas fabricantes) y dar seguimiento a los mismos.
- Detección de oportunidades para la evolución de la plataforma, enfocado en la ampliación de categorías.

**Requisitos**:

- Perfil Licenciado en Ingeniería, Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Económicas o similar con más de 5 años de experiência en** gestión de plataformas eCommerce** y **Marketplace.**:

- Capacidad de gestión e interlocución con diferentes stakeholders en entornos complejos, con foco en la digitalización y la transformación de los procesos de negocio
- Con alta capacidad analítica, generar insights, crear recomendaciones robustas e ilusión por aportar valor y transformar el route to market del canal on trade.
- Experiência en Gestión de Proyectos
- Nível avanzado en el manejo del paquete Office (Excel y Power Point) y conocimiento de herramientas analíticas y uso de plataformas digitales (**Salesforce, Suite de Google, Magento **u otras plataformas de eCommerce...)
- Nível mínimo B2 de inglés
