Within the Global Marketing team in the Biopharma Business Unit, the Promotional Review Editor supports Grifols Review Process, which is responsible for ensuring that promotional materials distributed by Grifols worldwide are compliant with the applicable country regulations and promotional guidelines, as well as with Grifols policies and procedures.

**What your responsibilities will be**
- You will review promotional materials submitted for review to ensure compliance with product/company brand guidelines, messaging requirements, and editorial standards as well as accuracy of spelling and grammar, verified reference quotations, content clarity and organization.
- You will resolve any editorial content issues remaining after reviews. Communicates decisions to initiators. Serves as point-of-contact for questions.
- You will ensure content reflects all changes requested by the reviewers and completeness. When applicable, additionally distributes to appropriate reviewers (mainly Legal, Medical and Regulatory) and ensures that reviews are completed/returned in a timely manner.
- You will perform training to reviewers on the tool.
- You will create, maintain, update, and distribute all documentation related to editorial processes.
- You will perform and review translations from English to Spanish and vice versa of promotional materials and standard operating procedures.

- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business, or related field as well as additional training and knowledge of medical/pharmaceutical/scientific writing and terminology.
- You have a proficiency level in English and Spanish.
- You have experience in a similar role within the Pharmaceutical and/or Diagnostic sector.
- You bring experience in editing documentation for a highly technical audience including work with promotional materials.
- You have experience in software for review and or create documents. Experience in Veeva Vault PromoMats would be a plus.
- Experience in advertising copywriting and working with product brand guidelines is a plus
- You are collaborative and able to work in a transversal and international team.
- You have the ability to organize the teamwork, adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities and adhere to deadlines.
