PAYROLL MANAGER GERMANY

**WHAT WOULD YOUR DAY TO DAY BE LIKE AT MANGO?**

At Mango Headquarters, we are looking to hire a Payroll Manager to lead from HQ offices, DACH countries Payroll systems & management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manages all employee relations programs including union relations to ensure compliance with organizational policies and practices
- Represents the organization in contractual negotiations with unions
- Manages collective bargaining agreements and conciliation processes
- Develops and implements policies and procedures, including conciliation processes and exit interviews
- Responds to questions, concerns or demands presented by employees
