**Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a CRM System Lead that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.**:
Description
- Work in the BI IT CRM team with main responsibility of working as a business analyst for the LATAM region.
- Perform other duties as assigned ranging from Development, Project Management and Support.
- Consulting and Analysis: Meet regularly with defined clients and stakeholders to understand and analyze their processes and needs. Determine requirements to present possible solutions or improvements.
- Project/Solution Activities: Support goals by participating on project teams. Deliver on assigned tasks and action items.
- Employ comprehensive knowledge to influence technology decisions. Identify IT or Pharma industry processes or technologies that could provide BI with a competitive advantage.
- Documentation: Determine documentation requirements and produce documentation as required in support of baseline and project activities
- Corporate Business Team Interactions (Medical, KAM): Work with the corporate business teams to help define and implement global strategic changes
**Requirements**:
- Strong organizational skills
- Business analyst skills to assess change requests and to work with the corporate business teams
- Strong global relationships and communication skills with vendors and IT/Business colleagues
- ITIL knowledge especially Incident, Problem Configuration and Change management processes
- Database experience working with SQL and procedures (Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
- Understanding of CRM end to end interfaces and integration processes
- Understanding of CRM architecture
- English Language: Fluent Read / Write and Conversation. Requires to work with global teams across the world and lead conference calls
- At least 5 years of experience in Business Analyst / Project Manager role for CRM systems
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry and validated environments is a plus
