Uno de los principales objetivos de Grupo MASMOVIL es obtener la satisfacción plena del cliente, y para ello estamos en constante evolución integrando proyectos de inteligencia artificial, que sumado con el factor humano, nos permitiren mejorar la experiência del cliente.

En este contexto, queremos incorporar un Artificial Intelligence Manager dentro nuestro equipo IT, y cuya misión será liderar y gestionar la implementación de proyectos de inteligencia artificial en la organización, asegurando su correcta ejecución, y maximizando su impacto en el logro de los objetivos estratégicos de la empresa.

**Principales responsabilidades**:

- Diseñar e implementar procesos que permitan la colaboración e interacción entre los equipos de científicos de datos, partners tecnológicos y áreas de negocio para desarrollar iniciativas de IA.
- Promover el uso de herramientas de inteligencia artificial en la organización, a través de la formación y divulgación.
- Estar al día de los avances tecnológicos en el ámbito de la IA para identificar nuevas oportunidades.
- Establecer políticas éticas para el uso de la IA: trabajando con el departamento legal y otros stakeholders para establecer políticas y prácticas éticas para el uso de la IA en la organización.

**Requisitos**:

- Formación reglada: Grado en Ingeniería Informática, Matemáticas. Máster relacionado con desarrollo de software y/o data.
- Experiência previa: 3-5 años, involucrada en proyectos de desarrollo de software/data.
- Idiomas: Inglés avanzado.
- Competencias transversales: asume la responsabilidad, gestión de conflictos, cultiva la innovación, gestión de personas, orientación a resultados y al cliente.
- Competencias específicas: maneja la complejidad, optimiza procesos de trabajo, balancea stakeholders, enfoque estratégico.
