We are looking for dedicated and highly motivated Senior Finance Person with strong analytical capabilities and communication skills to join us as Finance Project Manager as part of our Onshore Business Controlling department’s leadership team, full time but with the possibility for part time (minimum 25 h).

The position will be in Bilbao or Pamplona, Spain or Hamburg, Germany, or home office, reporting directly to the Head of Business Controlling.

In this role you will work in a diverse and dynamic team, which operates as a focal point for connecting the commercial dots within the Onshore Business Unit. With a wide exposure across organizational levels and departments, you will work as a business partner towards our internal customers and stakeholders and enable sound decision making for management. In order to stay ahead of the ever-changing environment, the Onshore Business Controlling team will also embark on a digitalization journey which you will take an active part in.

How to contribute to our vision
- You will drive Finance transformation and digitalization projects in SGRE Onshore
- You will work closely with the global Onshore Finance Leadership team, and manage cross-functional and cross-BU initiatives
- You will support the annual budget process (planning, consolidation and delivery)
- You will be in charge of establishing and running the future Enterprise Risk Management process for SGRE Onshore
- You will be a driver for positive change

What you need to be successful and make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for
- You have a master’s degree within Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar
- You are a competent finance individual with >10 years of experience and profound knowledge in various controlling areas and/or commercial sales and project business
- You possess advanced interpersonal and communicational skills: You are a highly motivated team player, possess good interpersonal skills and can create a collaborative working relationship with people across cultures and organizational levels.
- You are analytical, result-oriented and passionate regarding numbers and have an eye for details
- You bring experience from working in a global organization and thrive in a dynamic environment
- You are willing to take ownership and you can work under pressure meeting deadlines and targets.
- You have a creative mindset that strives to innovate processes and tools with a desire to take part in a digital transformation journey
- You possess great skills and motivation to work with data both through traditional methods (Excel) and, ideally, modern tools (e.g. PowerBI, PowerQuery, Alteryx, SQL etc.)
- You have excellent English (C2 level) skills, both orally and in writing;
- You are willing to travel (15 %)
