**Duración**: 12+12 meses - Jornada completa

**Tipo de perfil**: Perfil junior o recién terminada su carrera universitaria/máster. Quizás sin experiência laboral o máximo 1-2 años de formación/experiência laboral. Con potencial para aprender y poder incorporarse a la empresa en un futuro como empleado fijo.

**4 Vacantes abiertas**: Técnico/a de Ingeniería de Procesos, Técnico/a de Ingeniería de Calidad, Técnico/a de Ingeniería de Mantenimiento y Técnico/a en Ingeniería Logística.
- Técnico/a de Ingeniería de Procesos. Principales tareas y responsabilidades: Transformación Digital. Digitalización, integración IoT en procesos, Inteligencia Artificial.

Desarrollar junto con el departamento de IT/IS y el resto de funciones, la estrategia digital de la planta, en cuanto a arquitectura y sistemas.
Impulsar, Gestionar y Seguir el plan de acción derivado de la estrategia digital de la planta
Definición de necesidades del BIZ y coordinación con el departamento de Sistemas (IT/IS)
Generar los informes de seguimiento de las actividades
Búsqueda activa de nuevas oportunidades de nuevas tecnologías (hardware/software) con el foco de la mejora del rendimiento en áreas productivas.

**Automatización
- Redes industriales**: profinet, profisafe, profibus, etc. / Hardware siemens : PLC’s, HMI’s, Drivers, etc. / Scada, OPC, etc.
Robótica
- IRC5, RAPID / Sensorica e instrumentación
Informática industrial avanzada
- Sistemas MES, ERP, SCADA
Gestión BBDD
Capacidades Ofimáticas avanzadas.
- Técnico/a de Ingeniería de Calidad. Principales tareas y responsabilidades: Visión Artificial. Integración de proyectos de VA y afianzamiento de Know How en la planta.

Hacer seguimiento de la eficiencia de los equipos de visión artificial instalados en Planta.
Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de los sistemas de visión artificial.
Elaborar KPIs de eficiencia de los equipos, liderando de manera pro-activa las actividades necesarias para la consecución de los objetivos.
Participación en las reuniones cross-functional de seguimiento de eficiencia en las líneas de producción
Industrialización de los sistemas de Visión Artificial en los nuevos proyectos de la Planta, participando en las actividades de definición de las especificaciones de los equipos, compra, instalación y post-venta.

Ingeniero/a industrial
Conocimientos de automatización industrial
Preferiblemente experiência en proyectos de visión artificial.
Actitud pro-activa en el autoaprendizaje y en la resolución de incidencias

**Soft skills**: Dotes de comunicación y capacidad de trabajo en equipo con el resto de los departamentos.
- Técnico/a de Ingeniería de Mantenimiento. Principales tareas y responsabilidades: Robótica y PLCs. Especialista en programación de robots y PLCs para afrontar el enorme crecimiento de este equipamiento en la planta.

Salvaguarda de programas (PLC,HMI,OP,SCADA, CNC, robots, PC, HDD-SSD-CF, Accionamientos, Sistemas de visión).
Estudio de mejoras y contramedidas a averías electrónicas.
Seguimiento de nuevas instalaciones (acorde a nuestros pliegos de condiciones).
Elaboración de Hojas de Instrucciones para estandarizar operaciones de Mantenimiento.
Desarrollo y/o mejora de integraciones en ámbito industrial

**Background y experiência**:
Ingeniero/a industrial (rama electrónica).
Preferiblemente experiência en Mantenimiento de maquinaria industrial.
Preferiblemente experiência en manejo, programación, puesta en marcha de CNC Siemens y Fanuc.
Preferiblemente experiência en reparación de electrónica industrial, PC, accionamientos, inductores, etc..
Conocimientos de programación de PLC ( TIA-PORTAL, Simatic manager, STEP5, S7-200 ), HMI (TIA_PORTAL, WINCC) y accionamientos Siemens (TIA_PORTAR, STARTER, Drive monitor), robots ABB (Robot Studio) y Fanuc (Roboguide).
Conocimientos de motores eléctricos (CA, CC, servomotores) y sistemas de regulación de los mismos.
Conocimientos en sistemas de medida (Encoder, reglas, resolver, etc..).
Conocimientos de sistemas de visión artificial.
Conocimientos en neumática e hidráulica.
Conocimientos de aparellaje eléctrico básico (sensores, relés, elementos de protección,).
- Técnico/a en Ingeniería Logística. Principales tareas y responsabilidades: Sistemas de movimiento autónomo (AIVs, AGVs, AGTs). Especialista para el desarrollo de aplicaciones de movimiento autónomo. Productividad en el área de MH.
