**About the role**Key Accountabilities**
- Process Optimization and Efficience:
- Implementing Lean methodologies to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
- Identifying areas for process improvement through regular audits and analysis.
- Reducing waste and optimizing resource utilization.
- Lead the implementation of the Etex production system.
- Be local ambassador of all Continuous improvement initiative.
- Develop and deploy local CI roadmap.
- Project Management:
- Leading and managing projects focused on continuous improvement.
- Coordinating with different departments to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as necessary.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Managing and leading a team, including training and development.
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- Providing guidance and support to team members

**Skill and Experience**
- Degree in Science, Engineering, or Management is required
- Proven experience in Production or Manufacturing: Hands-on experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Preferably in roles that involved process optimization, mainly in cement/construction sector
- Efficiency improvements or quality control
- Practical experience with Lean tools and principles, such as Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, or value stream mapping.
- Experience in leading or participating in continuous improvement projects would be highly valuable.
- Certifications in Lean principles such as Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt, Master Black Belt), Certified Lean Practitioner, or similar qualifications of CI tools, will be positively valued.
- Proficiency in English is a mandatory requirement for this position.
