¿Tienes pasión por la cocina innovadora y la excelencia culinaria? Buscamos un **Head Chef **talentoso y con experiência para liderar la cocina de un **nuevo restaurante de lujo** en el centro de Madrid.

**Responsabilidades Principales**:

- Diseñar y crear un menú excepcional, utilizando ingredientes de primera calidad y técnicas innovadoras.
- Liderar y gestionar un equipo de cocina, garantizando altos estándares de calidad y presentación en cada plato.
- Supervisar la preparación y el servicio de los alimentos, asegurando una ejecución perfecta y consistente.
- Gestionar el control de inventarios, pedidos y relaciones con proveedores.
- Asegurar que la cocina cumpla con todas las normativas de seguridad alimentaria y salud.
- Colaborar con el equipo de sala para ofrecer una experiência gastronómica inolvidable.

**Requisitos**:

- Amplia experiência como **Head Chef** en restaurantes de lujo o alta cocina.
- Habilidad para diseñar menús creativos y únicos, adaptados a una clientela exigente.
- Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo y gestión de equipos.
- Conocimiento profundo de las tendencias gastronómicas actuales y técnicas culinarias avanzadas.
- Dominio del **español**, con **inglés** altamente valorado.
- Compromiso con la calidad, la innovación y la satisfacción del cliente.
