**Tareas y Responsabilidades**:

- Responsabilidad de alcanzar los objetivos fijados anuales para la cartera de clientes asignada en cuanto a GP, volumen, penetración de mercado, nuevos clientes, targets por producto, etc.
- Mantiene un constante intercambio de información con el Technical Account Manager y el Customer Service Representative.
- Visita, seguimiento y mantenimiento de todas las cuentas asignadas.
- Desarrolla el número de clientes y aumenta, en términos de ventas y promoción en colaboración con el gerente técnico de cuentas, el número de productos por cliente.
- Ejecuta el Gap Analysis y gestiona el Spot Business.
- Colabora con los Product Managers en el conocimiento del mercado y en particular de los productos utilizados por los clientes, identificando cantidades, precios y competencia.
- Monitorea la situación económica/financiera de sus clientes
- Utilización de nuestro CRM (Salesforce) en todas sus funciones.
- Implementación de cotizaciones / negociación de precios y registro en Q.
- Participación en seminarios, eventos dedicados y ferias comerciales.

**Requisitos**
- Licenciatura en Químicas, Farmacia o similar.
- Conocimiento del mercado Cosmético y de las materias primas de referencia.
- Experiência comercial en la distribución de productos químicos, cosméticos y especialidades.
- Nível intermedio de inglés hablado y escrito.
- Predisposición considerable a las relaciones interpersonales
- Buena capacidad de comunicación y habilidades negociadoras.
- Fuerte motivación, deseo de involucrarse, curiosidad, entusiasmo, mentalidad abierta y capacidad para trabajar en un contexto local e internacional.
- Conocedor del entorno Windows y SAP.
- Nível intermedio de inglés hablado y escrito.
- Área de trabajo: Cataluña
