An exciting vacancy has now arisen for an Office Manager/Accountant/Administrator to support the Country Lead and liaise with the Group CFO on all accountancy/fiscal/tax matters.
Essential roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Its functions are the preparation of invoicing, time allocation of Engineers for invoicing against projects, payments, banks, taxes, staff expenses, payroll and budget control.
- Implementation of any relevant procedures
- Management of travel arrangements for Team
- Support Team with all Administrative Requirements
- Maintains contact, collaboration and coordination with the managers of the different operational areas of the company, providing them with support.
- Maintains relationships with area service providers.
- Any other issues which may be assigned.
We offer immediate incorporation to an international corporation specialized in the field of water treatment, in full growth.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma Studies
- More than 5 years of experience as head of the administrative, accounting and financial area
- Experience working with SAGE
- Team person
- Fluent/Advanced Level of English
- Great organizational skills and autonomy and proactive attitude.
- Good communication skills.
This is a permanent position, based in Getafe (Madrid), Spain.
