Summary Role Manager Digital Propositions
Maxeon is growing market share and production capacity everywhere and launching beyond the panel products to grow its overall portfolio and strengthen its value proposition. To coordinate and organize efforts Maxeon is looking for a Manager Digital Propositions as a critical member of Maxeon’s product team. As part of Maxeon’s product propositions & services team, this role will own the definition of digital propositions to extend Maxeon’s energy ecosystem to deliver profitable; differentiated end-to-end integrated energy solutions to residential and commercial customers globally.
As a Manager Digital Propositions, the role will drive the definition, oversee validation, and inform the development the company's ‘Beyond-The-Panel’ portfolio slots with digital components. This will involve working with cross-functional teams to identify new product opportunities, conducting market research, and evaluating the financial viability of new product & service ideas.
In addition to developing new products & services, the role will support managing the existing product portfolio. This would involve analyzing product performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to increase product sales.
As a Manager Digital Propositions, you work closely with business analyst, researchers and marketing teams to ensure that value propositions are defined data-driven based on validation and that marketing strategies align with product goals. You also collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to ensure that products are build and developed efficiently and meet customer requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Utilize customer insights and market research to prepare strategic portfolio decisions, understanding current portfolio status within the market and preparing recommendations for new portfolio growth strategies to senior leadership
Work with researchers and business analysts to ideate and condense business opportunities, defining best-in-class value propositions with digital components
Localize success factors of propositions and portfolios slots for relevant markets of Maxeon
Oversee validation of value proposition hypothesis against market data and customer insights
You'll convert data and insights into action - defining and evaluating changes to the marketing strategies in order to improve sales and revenue performance
Be the sparring spartner for the sales organisation to communicate differentiation and competitive positioning
Advocate and communicate the customer needs, customer value and the business opportunities around different portfolio slots
Support on defining the commercial framework for Maxeon’s portfolio slots, evaluating monetization strategies
Support market research, competitive intelligence, and market analysis to support the identification and pursuit of portfolio strategic planning, as well as the associated business models
Frequently communicate and liaise with local markets to share info on technical trends, competitive landscape, challenges and opportunities
Define success metrics and consistently measure the impact of your work.

RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
5+ years’ experience in marketing, customer research, business development or product management in a fast-growing company focused on digital services, marketplaces or digital platforms
Experience in global portfolios of products or services with multi-partner strategies
Education such as a Bachelor’s degree; MBA or a degree in engineering, energy, business, finance, economics or equivalent experience
An excellent understanding business mechanics around services, digital propositions and subscription business models
Experience in running digital experiments and validating value propositions with actual customers and users
Proven record of successfully launched marketplaces and/or multidimensional service offerings
Experience in storytelling and building narratives around digital propositions
A track record of product and project development in different geographies
Being an ecosystems thinker, being able to conceptually connect dots between interdependent models
Being a self-starter, thriving in a team environment and accepting constructive criticism as part of
