Desde Henneo buscamos un/a Ad operations specialist que será responsable de planificar y administrar nuestras campañas publicitarias, supervisando los distintos proyectos, haciendo seguimiento de las métricas e indicadores, identificando cualquier problema que pueda tener un impacto negativo en el rendimiento y realizando los ajustes oportunos.

El rol implica un enfoque en una o más áreas especializadas de publicidad, como videos, display o publicidad nativa.

El/la especialista en operaciones debe tener un conjunto de habilidades diverso que le permitan manejar múltiples funciones, incluidas tareas técnicas, gestión de proyectos y elaboración de presupuestos.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Análisis de los datos y métricas de las campañas existentes para determinar su rendimiento, utilizando esta información para optimizar campañas futuras.
- Elaboración de informes y realización de análisis completos a lo largo del ciclo de vida de las campañas con la finalidad de garantizar el ritmo y rendimiento de estas.
- Reporte y actualización sobre el estado de las campañas a las distintas partes interesadas, tanto internas como externas.
- Trabajo colaborativo con los equipos de producto y tecnología con la el objetivo de mejorar las soluciones de publicación de anuncios, los productos de ingresos y la metodología de QA/Resolución de problemas.
- Mejora del ecosistema publicitario manteniendo visiones y estrategias a corto y largo plazo.
- Evaluación regular de la competencia y de otros para asegura que la tecnología del site está actualizada.

- Dominio de estadística.
- Alto nível de inglés.
