**Main Responsibilities**:

- Prioritize customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations in every interaction
- Aim for immediate resolution of customer queries to enhance efficiency and satisfaction
- Increase customer satisfaction by up
- and cross-selling of products

**Core Skills/experience**:

- Background in customer service is preferred, but not required
- Elligble to work in Spain
- Adaptable to a schedule that includes varied shifts and rotations
- Ability to work independently and learn quickly, ensuring proactive and efficient support with a positive attitude
- Feel comfortable navigting MS Office
- Problem-solving skills are essential to deliver optimal solutions for customers
- Enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer experiences, along with the ability to connect, establish rapport, and empathize with customers
