**Join us as a JUNIOR KYC ANALYST - Fluent Italian Speaker**
We seek a motivated Junior KYC (Know Your Customer) Analyst to join our team. As a Junior KYC Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements by conducting thorough customer due diligence and KYC reviews.
**What you will be doing**
- Verify and onboard our new consumers and merchants, with a focus on simpler company structures.
- Analyse and assess customer profiles, verify identities, identifying any potential red flags, and escalating any particular cases to the Fincrime team.
- Conduct credit collection phone calls when necessary.
**What we need**
Understanding of KYC procedures and regulations is a plus, but we do not consider it mandatory.
You have:
- Experience in customer care, credit collection or similar roles.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
- Strong Internet literacy.
- Robust communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Prior experience or studies in the anti-money laundering environment are deeply appreciated.
You are:
- Passionate about fintech and the world of anti-money laundering.
- A team worker. You are willing to quickly switch tasks and support your colleagues.
- Ready to walk the extra mile in order to achieve your individual and team goals.
- Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English. Since it is necessary to communicate with our Italian customers, being a fluent Italian speaker is mandatory.
Knowledge of French or other European languages is considered a plus.
**Logistic & Salary**
The role is based in Barcellona.
We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience. Stock option plan available.
