**Quality management supervisor (M/F/o)**
**Location: Almazán (Soria, Spain)**
**Key skills & experience**:
that he/she has a structured way of working, has strong problem-solving capabilities and is a flexible team
- player with a “hands-on” mentality.
**In addition, we require**:
- Minimum of Bachelor´s Degree (BA) in science/technical discipline
- IATF, ISO 9001, VDA implementation/renovation experience
- Experience with TS 16949 Automotive Quality standard and it’s requirements,
i.e. APQP/PPAP warrant submission (FMEA design and production, process flowcharts, control plans, etc.)
- Regularly applies critical thinking, problem solving, 8D methodology, Ishikawa, QRQC and lean
manufacturing principles
- Initiates and/or recommends procedures for establishing new or revised quality standards, inspection
methods and process controls
- Responsible for directing, leading and mentoring the Quality shop floor department to ensure goals and
facility wide initiatives are met
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, PowerPoint, MS Excel and Outlook
- Very good knowledge of English; German is a plus
- Experience with customers and Quality audits needed
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Works closely with all staff to ensure all aspects of the quality management system are understood,
implemented and maintained.
- Quality Technical contact person between shopfloor and customers in Spain
- Support with QM activities
- Active participation in the implementation of the IATF system
- Contribution in development of the plant
