**Descripción**:
En START PEOPLE estamos buscando un **IT PROJECTS LEAD** para importante cliente con el que colaboramos, líderes mundiales en la industria del calzado. En dependencia del Director de TI y formado parte del departamento de tecnología, se encargará de gestionar proyectos relacionados con las soluciones ERP´s y TPV de su mercado a nível multinacional.

Sede ubicada en Madrid (zona Hortaleza).

Sistema híbrido de trabajo: 3 días en oficina y 2 en remoto.

Buscamos una Senior Project Manager con alta experiência en gestión y soporte de proyectos enfocados a soluciones ERP's y POS en Retail para ejercer como IT Project Lead. Deberá estar acostumbrado a trabajar con proveedores en un ámbito multinacional, contar con experiência en la gestión de cambios y nuevos desarrollos, así como poseer habilidades de negociación y capacidad para tratar asuntos e alta complejidad.

**Principales funciones y responsabilidades**
- Análisis funcional de nuevos requerimientos de aplicaciones de negocio de soluciones ERP, soluciones de Puntos de Venta (POS) y otras aplicaciones, teniendo en cuenta los principios de buenas prácticas y estánderes de flujos de trabajo de empresas multinacionales del mercado.
- Gestionar los proyectos asignados y sus proveedores, cuando los proyectos sean subcontratados, también a los miembros de su equipo.
- Capacitación a usuarios internos y externos sobre buenas prácticas, procedimientos y políticas de TI.
- Documentación y mantenimiento de procedimientos informáticos y manuales técnicos.
- Informar periódicamente al Director de TI y a otros miembros del equipo de TI.
- Colaborar en el resto de tareas del Departamento de TI, asi como de las áreas de Operaciones y Sistemas.

**Requisitos**:
**Requisitos mínimos**:

- Al menos 8 años de experiência en gestión de cambios, desarrollo, mantenimiento y parametrización de los principales ERPs de la industria.
- Más de ocho años trabajando en flujos de trabajo relacionados con Finanzas, Logística, Retail, Ventas y Atención al Cliente.
- Más de cinco años trabajando en el soporte, mantenimiento y parametrización de TPV y en el mercado multinacional.
- Al menos cinco años de experiência en Business Intelligence y Herramientas de Reporting.
- Nível alto de inglés. Habituado a asistir a reuniones, dar soporte y formación en un ámbito internacional.

**Será un valor añadido**:

- Certificaciones SAP Business One (SBO): TB1000, TB1100 y TB1200.
- Certificaciones en gestión de proyectos con metodología Agile/Waterfall.
- Experiência en elaboración de Business Case.
- Experiência en Cegid Business Retail Software (CBR) como usuario o consultor.
- Experiência en herramienta de Reporting como usuario o consultor.
- Experiência en programación de Add-ons para SBO.
- Experiência programando scripts de trabajo.
- Experiência en Crystal Reports.
