Support in the activities and projects of the Human Resources team.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Time Management, absenteeism, holidays, free disposal hours
- Administrative HR tasks.
- Management of the social benefits, as well as organization of events and CSR activities.
- Annual Training Plan management support.
- Support in Recruitment processes.
- Support in other tasks related to the HR department.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Degree in Labour Relations or Psychology.
- No experience necessary (previous experience in HR department in an industrial environment is an asset).
- Intermediate level English.
