Support in the activities and projects of the Human Resources team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Time Management, absenteeism, holidays, free disposal hours
  • Administrative HR tasks.
  • Management of the social benefits, as well as organization of events and CSR activities.
  • Annual Training Plan management support.
  • Support in Recruitment processes.
  • Support in other tasks related to the HR department.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Degree in Labour Relations or Psychology.
  • No experience necessary (previous experience in HR department in an industrial environment is an asset).
  • Intermediate level English.
