We are hiring a SITE MANAGER for a Siemens Logistics Parcel installation.

The mission will be to be the main person responsible for the execution of Siemens Logistics project in a timely manner, complying with the EHS and Quality standards during one parcel Logistics project in Madrid.

The Site Manager role involves the following functions:

- Ensure that all project activities on site comply with the general regulations of SIEMENS LOGISTICS.
- Manage all installation and commissioning activities to meet deadline, cost, quality, EHS and environmental requirements.
- Do safety inspections and ensure the safety of the construction and the site.
- Carry out a detailed planning of the installation tasks.
- Ensure the execution of contracts acquired with suppliers and customers.
- Manage the relationship with the client at the site level in alignment with the PM.
- Management of contracts and relationships with subcontractors, vendors and suppliers who deliver their scope of work on site.
- Coordinate the team execution and engineering on site to deliver the scope of work.
- Coordinate the daily work of several site supervisors.
- Manage the activities and tasks related to the site during the preparation process for the execution.
- find ways to prevent problems and resolve any that arise in alignment with the PM.
- Create and adjust the assembly planning according to their progress.
- Inform internally as defined in the established plan.

Required experience: Minimum experience at least 5 years

Required Knowledge and Education:

- Electromechanical Vocational Training
- English - Advanced Level
- Good knowledge of electrical and mechanical installations.
