**QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO**

Como **Risk Expert **, tu objetivo será la gestión del riesgo operacional, admisión, seguimiento y monitorización de riesgo de crédito, así como la prevención del Riesgo y mejora continua.

Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:

- Admisión, seguimiento y monitorización de riesgo de crédito.
- Prevención de Riesgo y de Fraude en el entorno Adquirente de los Medios de Pago. Seguimiento e implementación de proyectos operativos relacionados con la prevención de riesgo.
- Gestión del riesgo operacional. Implementación de modelos de gestión de riesgo operacional y cuadros de mando.
- Orientación a la mejora continua: tras revisar todos los procesos y flujos existentes, identificar e implementar mejoras, con el objeto de proveer de la máxima calidad tanto a clientes internos como externos.
- Prevención de Riesgo y Fraude en los comercios adquiridos por Santander o su marca de comercialización. Participar junto con los equipos de Análisis de Riesgo y de Fraude, en el diseño, implementación y documentación de los procesos de Crédito y Fraude, con objeto de asegurar el funcionamiento de las operaciones en este ámbito de actuación y además minimizar el riesgo de pérdidas para la empresa (Write Off’s)
- Monitorizar los procesos de fraude, riesgo y chargebacks, así como las tareas vinculadas (revisión de alertas, toma de decisiones, propuesta de reglas) con la finalidad de asegurar la ejecución de estas y detectar posibles mejoras a implementar.
- Colaborar en la definición e implementación de controles mitigatorios.
- Propuesta, implementación y análisis de KPIs y cuadros de mando, que le permitan hacer seguimiento tanto de los indicadores operativos, con especial foco en el área de riesgos, fraude y chargebacks.

EXPERIENCIA
- Entre 3 y 5 años de experiência como Analista de riesgos (valorable sector adquirente)
- Experiência en la admisión y concesión de riesgo de crédito en entidades financieras
- Experiência como gestor de proyectos de implantación de mejoras y controles

EDUCACIÓN
- Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Tecnología, Contabilidad /Finanzas

HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS
- Conocimientos de Gestión de riesgo operacional
- Conocimientos de admisión, seguimiento y monitorización de riesgo de crédito
- Conocimientos de riesgos en adquirencia
- Diseño de cuadros de mando e identificación de KPIs
- Conocimientos básicos de gestión de Bases de datos
- Conocimiento avanzado Excel. Valorable experiência en programación en Macros
- Inglés
