As our team keeps growing we are on the lookout for a super organized people’s person HR Generalist with exceptional communication skills to join our team and provide 360º support our Legal-HR department.

**About your day-to-day**:

- Ensure compliance with country regulations concerning all aspects of employment (vacation, overtime pay, employee benefit eligibility, health & safety due process, payroll processed, etc.)
- Assist with the localization implementation of personnel policies and procedures
- Research, recommend and implement new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in the efficiency of the department and the services performed.
- Provide advice on all aspects of the employment relationship, such as collective bargaining, disciplinary, complaints, performance, absence, contractual changes, etc.
- Absence and leave management: administer employees’ leave and attendance, ensure all information and required supporting documentation are submitted to the payroll department on a timely manner
- Assist in the implementation of the Health and Safety regulations
- Assist employees’ relocations and transfers processes
- Maintain Human Resource Information System with all updated employee data
- Ensure changes to the employees’ profiles are properly reported and submitted to payroll
- Assist and advise Barcelona and Madrid Managers on employee relations issues, ensuring procedures are properly followed and paperwork completed and filed, keeping the lines of communication open between managers and their employees

**This is for you if you have**
- 2+ years of solid experience as HR Generalist with proven autonomy in the role
- Solid verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English (other languages a plus)
- Highly organized and able to handle fast-changing needs
- Proactive and engaging to ensure our processes are always updated and efficient
- Able to work under pressure and with uncertainty
- People oriented and results driven
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Knowledge with Spanish Law and familiarity with Convenios Colectivos
- Strong team player with an open mind, and flexible mindset.

**Education**
- BSc in Labour Relationships, Psychology, Law or relevant field
