**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Generalist person will be in charge of HR and Administration (40%), Talent and People relations (30%), and Recruitment (30%). This role will cover the local HR needs for Spain and collaborate closely with Hiring managers to follow our strategic objectives, implement new projects and report monthly reporting and KPIs.

**What will you do**:
**HR administration and reporting**:

- Maintaining the HRIS system up-to-date with employee details, INs, OUTs, and absenteeism, ensuring the dates are accurate and coherent.
- Keep track of absenteeism, sick leave, and paternity/maternity leave in HRIS.
- In collaboration with our external payroll provider: ensure tracking of incidents and payslip control meets our monthly deadlines and preparation of hiring contracts and internship agreements.
- Organize employee benefits with vendors (e.g., healthcare insurance, etc.)
- Preparation of Monthly reporting (Labor cost, Recruitment, Training, HR KPIs)
- Collaborate with the HR Director on all HR policy matters, e.g., works council.
- Be in charge of onboarding/offboarding administrative duties.

**Recruitment & training**- Keep updating the training calendar and reports for FUNDAE with the help of our external provider.

**People relations**:

- Ensure all employee inquiries are correctly solved, giving the best internal customer service.
- Collaboration in organizing team-building actions.

**What do you need**:
**Must have.**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or related areas.
- 3+ years of experience in HR as a generalist.
- Knowledge of Spanish labor law.
- Experience in HRIS Systems similar to Personio.
- Advanced knowledge of Office and/or Google Drive.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish.

**Bonus points.**
- Experience in biotech, pharma, or medical device companies.
- MBA or Master in Human Resources.
