**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and develop existing publishers and partner relationships to grow revenue: your success will be our success
- Monitor campaign delivery, fill rates, payouts, & all other stats for the publishers assigned to you
- Build & deliver publisher reports to publishers & internal teams
- Technical aptitude to overcome any technical issues with integration
**Qualifications**:
- 1-3 years previous work experience, preferably with an Internet or media company, or into another digital media environment
- Proactive and result oriented
- Proven track record of communicating with publisher clients to increase revenue & profitability
- Familiarity with digital technology platforms including video, advertising platform and mobile
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal), and negotiation skills
**Requirements**:
- Relevant portfolio in the industry is a strong plus
- Perfect knowledge of the different ad models: CPA, CPC, CPM etc.
- Strong knowledge of similar technology platforms and/or ad networks
- A minimum of technical skills i.e. HTML, JavaScript tags, Analytics tools, etc.
- Good communicator, negotiator and team player
- Able to identify publisher needs quickly and effectively
- Fluent English is a must. Other languages will be highly valued
