**Huspy **es una startup de proptech (tecnología aplicada a Real Estate) que resuelve dos de los mayores desafíos en el proceso de compra de vivienda: financiación y búsqueda de hogares. A medida que moldeamos el futuro de la compra de viviendas, ayudamos a los clientes a asegurar hipotecas y encontrar la casa que desean de manera más rápida, a una tasa más asequible y en una única plataforma. Somos el proyecto tecnológico enfocado en RE más ambicioso de España por inversión y tamaño de equipo, con +60 profesionales en nuestras oficinas en Madrid y +100 colaboradores, así como el proveedor de hipotecas número 1 de los Emiratos Árabes Unidos (EAU), en solo dos años de operaciones.
Actualmente estamos operativos en Dubái (Emiratos Árabes Unidos) y Madrid (España), y creemos que el ecosistema que estamos creando eleva el estándar para toda la industria y alimenta nuestra misión de crear una experiência única. Desde nuestro lanzamiento en agosto de 2020, hemos logrado asegurar financiación de los principales inversores del mundo, como Sequoia Capital, Founders Fund, Fifth Wall y Breyer Capital. Recientemente, recaudamos $37 millones en una de las rondas de Serie A más grandes en la historia de EMEA.

Estamos buscando un **Controller Financiero **para unirse a nuestro equipo en nuestras oficinas de Madrid y apoyar los objetivos del negocio mientras continuamos expandiéndonos en la región. Serás el responsable del día a día financiero en España, trabajando de la mano con el resto del equipo en Dubái.
- Al menos 3-5 años de experiência en posiciones similares.
- Inglés mínimo C1.
- Valorable experiência financiera internacional, especialmente Emiratos Árabes Unidos.
- Cuentas con un buen entendimiento de las normas IFRS.
- Licenciatura, Grado o equivalente en ADE, Economía, Finanzas, o similar.
- Valorable certificación ACCA (Chartered Accountant).
- Valorable experiência en start-up.
- Excelentes habilidades comunicativas, y habilidades de liderazgo y trabajo autónomo.
**Lo principal: Qué harás.**:
- Gestión diaria y mensual de contabilidad en cumplimiento con las normas GAAP:
- Administrar y gestionar la contabilidad diaria y mensual.
- Gestión de la cuenta de pérdidas y ganancias (P&L).
- Manejo (supervisión y ejecución) de cuentas por cobrar y cuentas por pagar.
- Preparar las conciliaciones Trimestrales y Anuales de las Cuentas, y supervisar el correcto cumplimiento con los estándares fiscales y de informes financieros.
- Gestión Financiera:
- Generación y compilación de datos financieros, y presentación de informes sobre los mismos.
- Analizar tendencias de la industria para evaluar la salud financiera de la empresa.
- Supervisión de los departamentos financieros de la empresa: crear y revisar políticas financieras, y evaluar procedimientos financieros dentro de la compañía.
- Elaboración de presupuestos.
- Documentación del estado financiero y las previsiones de la empresa: mantener un registro de la situación financiera, y documentar las previsiones financieras para el futuro, así como análisis de desviaciones.
