**Requisitos**:
Como analista de riesgos focalizado en el sector fondos el perfil requerido sería:

- Estudios en ADE/Economía. Se valorará doble grado con Derecho.
- Nível de inglés avanzado (C1)
- Conocimientos de análisis financiero de entidades financieras/fondos. Ser capaz de analizar y entender los Estados Financieros de un fondo así como el prospectus del mismo además de los drivers de la industria.
- Experiência a partir de 5 años en gestión de fondos, agencia rating, auditoría, consultoría, analista de admisión de riesgos, analista de fondos

Competencias requeridas para el puesto
- Mente analítica, presta atención al detalle y con capacidad de identificar y medir riesgos.
- Capacidad para gestionar gran cantidad de datos y extraer conclusiones.
- Trabajar de forma ordenada para poder tener una visión global de la cartera.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y de interlocución transversal con otras áreas y geografías.
- Capacidad de establecer relaciones a largo plazo con las personas implicadas en el desarrollo de los proyectos y las diferentes áreas.

Sobre el área

Wholesale Credit Risk Banks & Finance es el equipo de Corporate and Investment Bankin resaponsable de analizar sistemas financieros y las entidades financieras que lo componen (bancos, aseguradoras y fondos), asignar un rating y establecer el apetito de riesgo a nível global. Te unirás a un equipo de 15 personas donde estar al día en mercados, regulación y operativa de negocio que genera riesgo de crédito y que debe ser analizada / aprobada.

Sobre el puesto
Las responsabilidades de la posición comprenden:

- Elaboración y renovación de Programas Financieros y Esquemas de Límites: Para ello, realizará un análisis de la industria, del perfil crediticio y le asignará un rating para poder establecer límites y el máximo apetito al riesgo con estas entidades.
- Atender las solicitudes comerciales de los equipos de negocio. Tendrá que entender y analizar operaciones para poder aprobarlas si encaja en el marco establecido con límites máximos, considerando el tipo de entidad, la rentabilidad, su ajuste a normativa interna y otros parámetros. Sin olvidar la necesaria visión forward looking para detectar riesgos potenciales futuros.
- Comunicación y contraste con otras áreas de Riesgos del grupo y participación en proyectos multidisciplinares que requieran conocimientos del área de riesgo de crédito para las diferentes necesidades que requiera el Banco.
- Presentación ante los comités de riesgos del banco de las propuestas de límites con las distintas aseguradoras
