**THE JOB**
Based in Barcelona and as part of our amazing Human Resources team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our office.
**YOUR MISSIONS**
**Office Management**:
- You make our Office a great place to work and proactively be engaged in work environment initiatives, events and nice activities
- Manage all office supplies including food, beverage, stationery, ensuring the office looks nice and tidy on a daily basis, etc.
- You are the point of contact for IT matters : you regularly ensure that the systems in place are working & are go-to person when someone needs hardware replacements, manage inventory control and reporting
- Manage contract and price negotiations with suppliers, control of office cleaning management - coordination and contingencies
- Improvement renovation of our different office spaces
- Administrative support with the Spanish institutions communication
- Handle different employee requests related to their experience in the workspace
**HR Support**:
- Partner with HR to maintain office policies
- Helping with administrative tasks and setting up OnBoarding (goodies, managing badges and buying the welcome breakfast)
- You have at least 2 years of experience as Office Manager or in a similar position
- The must would be if you're **Bilingual (Spanish**, **& English)**:
- Catalan is a plus
- Experience with the Spanish administration is a real plus
- Meticulous, you have excellent organizational skills and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- More importantly, you are outgoing, with a positive and friendly attitude
