Funciones

- Desarrollar, aplicar y mantener los procedimientos para un análisis preciso y oportuno de los datos financieros, garantizando las mejores prácticas.
- Desarrollar y mantener la estructura de control interno, y los procedimientos para la elaboración de informes financieros. Mantener y apoyar el entorno de control interno financiero, incluida la documentación y la autoevaluación.
- Supervisar la preparación y el análisis de los informes internos garantizando la calidad, la fiabilidad y la puntualidad de los informes.
- Gestionar el proceso de auditoría y trabajar con los auditores externos en lo que respecta a cuestiones de contabilidad e información.
- Proporcionar conocimientos contables operativos y técnicos para garantizar el cumplimiento de los PCGA (locales y NIIF), las políticas de la empresa, las normas, los reglamentos y las leyes.

**Requisitos**:
- Se requiere una licenciatura en Administración y Dirección de Empresas
- Más de 5 años de experiência de gestión en contabilidad, auditoría e impuestos. Valorable experiência en auditoría de cuentas o departamento de finanzas de gran empresa.
- Conocimientos avanzados de Excel, incluida la capacidad de trabajar con un gran volumen de datos. Conocimientos intermedios de word, powerpoting y herramientas de información financiera (HFM)
- Experiência y comodidad en la gestión del cambio y la mejora de procesos
- Experiência en el proceso de cierre financiero y comprensión de las complejidades subyacentes. Capacidad para priorizar múltiples proyectos y cumplir con plazos ajustados
- Dedicación al liderazgo y al desarrollo del equipo. Éxito demostrado en la asociación, dirección e influencia de múltiples equipos
- Demostrar competencia en la aplicación práctica de las habilidades de control interno
- Capacidad para resumir y articular eficazmente los resultados financieros
